Coached by Andrew Evans. Here is a bit of information about him.
Andrew is a Certified Exercise Physiologist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist whose specialty is preparing athletes for success in contact sports. Andrew has trained athletes for competition in the NLL and CFL and is currently working with Canada’s Wheelchair Rugby Team, Canada’s Women’s Olympic Soccer Team, and Rugby Canada.

What is Crossfit?
There are no machines, no TV’s, no rows of “cardio” equipment, and no annoying sales people trying to get you to sign up. It’s a back-to-basics, minimalist style of training that focuses on primal movement and total body, multi-joint exercises designed to benefit even the most sedentary individual while still challenging even the most elite of athletes.
Simply put; it’s bars, balls, boxes, bells, bumpers, racks, free weights, body weight, and a community putting in a whole lot of sweat and hard work and seeing results.
